What are you using and what has been your experience?

I'm trying to workout if it's worth saving up the pennies .... or if Track IR is the way to go.

Me and Zurxo have both tried it with our Vives.

I ended up sick and he had an awful time. VR does not work in Arma 3. Stick with trackir

I'm using TrackIR and it' OK. Some say its awkward to use as infantry, but I got used to it. Just put a little deadzone in the middle and it's fine.

While investigating this I found a piece of software called FacetrackNOIR it uses your webcam to track your face movements. So far it seems alright but I don't have anything to compare it to. It only costs 2.75GBP so worth a look if you're interested. http://facetracknoir.sour ... net/home/default.htm

Recommend the cheap version (yet much better then TrackIR) Trackhat, iam in love with it.

I got my DK2 working with arma 2 it was ok but like Jayman has said it isn't worth it. I had to lower the quality to get enough Frames to stop me getting nausea like Jayman describes aka 75FPS+ at a minimum.

Save up and spend on getting a more powerful PC to handle Arma better.
