I use SweetFX to boost the colours, because they get lost otherwise when YouTube transcodes them. My machine is pretty mediocre, and I get about 28-30 fps when recording (26 if I enter a town, thanks A3). First gen i5 OC'd to 3.3ghz. 770 GTX. 16gb of RAM.

If you want my SweetFX settings, I'm happy to share. I tweaked them a little to get rid of the annoying effects.
