In preparation for this weekend I have created a new Armour Crew and Commander training/SOP Document. I highly recommend anyone who isn't experienced in crewing vehicles has a look through it.

I would revise the line about hesh. it should make light work of bmp's / btrs etc.

(from tank calibre anyway. The 76mm is useless in arma)

Updated, unsure what the new scorpion turret is like- if it is as useless as the old one haha.

I think this is a pretty good document as an SOP for Armor Crews, not sure how well it suits as a training document though. As the training document is ment to aid and remind the trainer soo he can easily go through each part.

Some small notes that I picked up on. In the Crew Capacity you should add the Loader seat as an extra seat for the tanks. Possibly note it as "3+1" We've had some ops where we had RTOs position in those seats. And the Warrior seats 7 in the back, not 6.

"3.4.1 Mechanised/IFV"
"While the section is mounted, the Vehicle Commander is in overall charge of the section,
although he still takes orders from the Section Commander. He is responsible for delivering
the section safely to an objective and preferably dismounting them into cover."

- The section commander is still in charge of the section and any radio messages relating to "1-C" or 1 Section should always be answered by the section commander regardless of mounted or not. The Vehicle commander is only in charge of the vehicle itself, it's crew and to get the infantry safely to their destination.
