5: Is there a map where it isn't there? Kunduz since it's too tight but otherwise I'm unaware. VIV is largely pointless because it can only transport a single landrover, it's a bit special snowflake.
6: Osprey is the USMC infantry transport of choice, and can land without a runway unlike the C130 so it'll stay. However, tell me what maps don't have a C130 and I'll add it in if there's room. This is the same for the blackhawk, it doesn't work for some reason on resh ins and it'll be fixed.

Also, in future please tell me on what mission exactly each problem occurs, it's a ballache to search through every one if only one has the issue in question.

I dont think that the chinook is on reshman, so your airlift options are merlin (which I dont think works) or the sea stallion.

1 is fixed (along with the squad leader having the same issue)
2 is wrong, L129's don't use grip pods as far as I can see. They have however gained the folding grip with harris bipod.
3 is a balance issue, after a bit of testing I noticed there's no reason not to take the body armour and ghillie at the same time if I give the option so the webbing will have to remain the only option.

for 3, is there a way to have a self interact (or ammo crate interact) to toggle between urban and non urban operations
