Expected behaviour: Blackhawk crew retain long range radio after respawning.
Actual behaviour: Blackhawk crew do not retain long range radio after respawning.
Additional information: This has not been confirmed by myself.

Clarification, you do retain on respawn, there's just no long range in the box in case you temporarily displace yours...
