Hey guys, was playing insurgency on takistan tonight with the lads on the public server and I was medic. We noticed a couple of issues with how the advanced medical system is working at the moment:

I couldn't administer PAKs. I tried in the field (tried head, torso and interaction for extra make-sureness) and on base but the option wasn't available. There might be a medical facility on base somewhere that we could have used but we could not locate it.

I couldn't transfuse fluids. I had bloodpacks on the way out and found out I couldn't use them in the field. Headed back to base and still couldn't. Picked up some saline and tried again, still nada. Could be another medical facility thing.

Not a bug, but reopening wounds was tedious. I loved every minute of being a medic, but old wounds needed rebandaging every 10-15 minutes and they were losing blood each time, which I couldn't replenish. Someone would get a minor wound and over time it would just keep opening and bleeding more and more. I agree personally with PAK's not being available to be administered out-of-base since it's a really easy fix everything device, but being unable to give someone fluids meant even a minor wound was a gradual decline into unconsciousness.

Other than that it was awesome, it was my first session with the TWC guys and it was brilliant, looking forward to joining you guys again.
