World War 2 Dismounted Force-Outline:Era: Early World War 2Forcetype: DismountedSituation-Outline:Operation Start: 12:01, 28. SeptemberCurrent Weather: ClearMap: MareniceConflict Overview: "Two years ago Hitler decided to disregard the agreements made after the Great War and moved his armies into the Rhineland. The nations of the world stood by and did nothing in the hopes that this would satisfy the German people. Six months ago Hitler annexed Austria to, as he said, 'unify the German people'. Once again the nations of the world took no action, hoping that the German people would be happy to be unified and not demand more. 6 hours ago Hitler told me personally that we wouldnot back down in the question of the Germans in Czechoslovakia and that he wants the entire nation of Czechoslovakia dissolved. Hitler says this even after Premier Beneš agreed to nearly all demands made by him regarding the German people in Czechoslovakia, but he is still not satisfied! Furthermore he accused our ally, France, of controling the nation of Czechoslovakia! While he preaches peace Hitler also deemed it necessary to move over 500.000 troops near the Czechoslovak border! The nations of the world and France and the United Kingdom in particular will not stand idle in the face of such blatant war mongering. If the only language Hitler knows is threats and violence, the civilised world's answer must be resolute. While our loyal allies in France are preparring to thwart German aggresion if necessary, in accordance with agreements with Premier Beneš a British expeditionary force has been send to Czechoslovakia and to back down Hitler by force of can not be brought to reason with words!"
- Neville Chamberlain, 23. September 1938 "The Führer has issued a declaration to London: Should the governments of France and England to agree to the demands so rightfully made by the German people than the German people will take what is rightfully theirs and has so brutally been wrested from them in the treaties of Versailles! The Führer has told the thugs in Prague that we will not sit idly by, while Germans are murdered just behind our border and that if they don't agree to our demands by 12 O'Clock on the 28. of September, our army will forcefully make sure that the German people's voice is heard! Heil Hitler!"
- Joseph Göbbels, 24. September 1938Recent Events:
We are on high alert, as the German ultimatum has just ceased. We recently heard shots from the town of Juliusth, shortly after a Czech Police patrol moved in there on a routine patrol. Juliusth is just down the road, and our platoon has been tasked with investigating this. However we still expect German aggresion, be it only in the form of artillery coming over the border, so stay alert for further commands. Objectives:
