Conflict Overview:
Sahrani is part of an island chain on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Originally colonized by Spain in the 15th century, Sahrani fell under British rule after the War of the Spanish Succession ended in 1711. After post-WWII decolonization, the island became an independent constitutional monarchy, but soon found itself in a Civil War between British and American backed monarchists and Soviet supported communists in the 1970s. After a prolonged conflict, a UN delegation managed to implement an armistice that lasts to this day, with the southern half of the island being held by the Kingdom of Sahrani and NATO troops and the northern half occupied by the Socialist Republic of Sahrani and its army; the Sahrani Liberation Army. The two states are separated by a DMZ in the town of Corazol.

Recent Events:
Following the attack of SLA troops over the DMZ in Corazol during Operation NIMROD, the RACS forces in the immediate area collapsed. A British army unit was able to stagnate the SLA attack in the south, and the RACS has set up blocking forces on the small mountain road leading north. It is likely that the SLA will be trying to force a breakthrough through the south, where most RACS units have retreated. The surviving British units have regrouped and reestablished a defense around Dolores, hoping to hold out until British/American reinforcements arrive on the island. Should SLA units break through the choke point at Dolores, it is unlikely we will be able to stop them from occupying the entire country.

SLA armoured units have been severely attrited due to American A-10s located on the island, but will still pose a formidable threat.

1. Recapture supplies from the former British FOB.
2. Establish a defense around Dolores.
If the enemy attack proves to be too heavy, the commander should fight a delaying defense through Dolores.
