Conflict Overview:
Yesterday morning coordinated attacks by various well-equipped military-dressed men took place all over the Chernarussian South-Zagoria region. The region has a large Russian population, and Russia has long wanted the return of said region to Russia. However, the Russian foreign ministry has assured the world it is not responsible for these attacks, or the airmobile brigade and light armour brigade that moved into South-Zagoria over the Russian border last night. The E.U, not wanting to repeat the same mistake, has decided to go all in with support for Chernarussia, including the deployment of E.U rapid reaction forces. A British naval task force, training in the region, has been sent in, despite parliamentary concerns over Brexit. Prime Minister May has declined to comment.

Recent Events:
The naval task force has arrived on the eastern side of South-Zagoria, and has begun executing preliminary airstrikes on hostile forces in the combat zone, supporting Chernarussian forces, and paving the way for deployment of infantry. A unit of heliborne infantry is set to clear the eastern side of South-Zagoria, locking down the main attack corridor. Hostile light armoured units are preparing to move further down the coast, and it is imperative that they are stopped. Furthermore, enemy artillery has been harassing Chernarussians, and must be destroyed. The enemy can not be allowed to establish a long-term presence in the area, as it will be harder to dislodge them.

Objectives:
1. Seize the staging ground at Solnichniy.
2. Seize the supply base at the factory near Solnichniy.
3. Destroy the artillery attacking Chernarussian forces.
4. Secure the forward base used by the enemy heliborne forces.

Situation OPFOR:
Military Intelligence believes invading forces consist of a brigade of Russian MVD and VDV, plus a number of irregular units deployed ahead of the invasion.

Population: Chernarussia has declared martial law in the region; civilians are staying in their home.
