Conflict Overview:
After the collapse of the Somali government following a brutal cival war the country was left in ruins and local war lords controlled large swathes of the country terrorising their domains and financing themselves in any way they could.

Recent Events:
Robert Jarvis, british MP for Didcot South, who is a close friend of Tony Blair (British PM) was sailing through the Gulf of Aden towards the Seycelles when they were attacked and kidnapped by a group of Pirates known as the "Waterboys". During the attack his wife and two children were killed leaving only Robert and his bodyguard who were taken to the town of Haramka and held for ransome. Outraged by the audacity of this attack Tony Blair orders the rescue of his friend and destruction of the gang. However, with resources stretched due to the ongoing war in Iraq, the MOD struggled to find men and equipment to carry out the Operation.

Intent:
Rescue Robert Jarvis and elminate any members of the Waterboys

Objectives:

• Rescue Robert Jarvis MP
• Deliver Mr Jarvis to the UN medical facilty at Bataki
• Locate and destroy the Waterboys training camps East of Haramka
• Eliminate any rebel forces that you encounter

ROE:
Identify tagets, local population should be protected therefore, only fire when fired upon.
